MK1500
The MK1500 cabin is the ideal solution for mold cleaning in the pharmaceutical sector, dedicated to the production of rubber articles. It uses a safe, biocompatible, certified and free of contaminants process.
Among the main applications are the cleaning of molds for the production of special seals, plungers for syringes and stoppers for containers.
The machine allows the vertical loading of the mold.
The BicarJet® cleaning process allows to clean with the utmost accuracy also the latest generation molds and compounds such as: CHROMOBUTYL, BROMOBUTYLIC, NBR, HNBR, VITON, FLUOROELASTOMERS.
The power supply unit for BicarJet® MK1500 uses only compressed air, water and Meltron® bicarbonate, a specific quality of sodium bicarbonate studied by us to increase the efficiency of the process and which does not generate cross-contamination.
It is ideal for cleaning pieces with a maximum size of 1000 × 1000 mm and a maximum weight of 600 kg.
