MK1500
The MK1500 cabin is the ideal solution for cleaning large molds, with a very complex morphology. It is indicated for the cleaning of molds used for the production of: traditional and safety soles, sports shoes, ski boots and foam footwear, technical articles, o-rings and gasket, rubber articles for the pharmaceutical sector such as special seals, plungers for syringes and stoppers for containers.
Its flexibility of use makes it effective on all metal surfaces with adherent dirt difficult to remove, even on the latest generation compounds.
The BicarJet® MJ1500 power supply unit uses only compressed air, water and Meltron® bicarbonate, a specific quality of sodium bicarbonate studied by us to increase the efficiency of the process.
The ease of use allows the operator to work in total safety even without training.
It is ideal for cleaning pieces with a maximum size of 1000 × 1000 mm and a maximum weight of 600 kg.
