MJ1000
The MJ1000 cabin is the ideal solution for cleaning molds in the pharmaceutical sector, dedicated to the production of rubber articles. It uses a safe, biocompatible, free of pollutants and certified process.
Among the main applications are the cleaning of molds for the production of special seals, plungers for syringes and stoppers for containers.
The BicarJet® cleaning process allows to clean with the utmost accuracy also the latest generation molds and compounds such as: CHROMOBUTYL, BROMOBUTYLIC, NBR, HNBR, VITON, FLUOROELASTOMERS.
The power supply unit for BicarJet® MJ100 uses only compressed air, water and Meltron® bicarbonate, a specific quality of sodium bicarbonate studied by us to increase the efficiency of the process and which does not generate cross-contamination.
It is ideal for cleaning pieces with a maximum size of 600 × 600 mm and a maximum weight of 150 kg.
