MJ900

The MJ900 cabin is the ideal solution for cleaning molds in the footwear sector, even with a very complex morphology.
It is capable of easily removing: severely adherent compounds or foaming agents, fumes residues generated by injection and compression operations and rubber residues especially in the smaller coves of the mold.

Thanks to the exclusive bicarbonate process, BicarJet® MJ900 allows you to clean with the utmost accuracy even the latest generation molds with laser-treated surfaces (engraving) with slots of a few microns without losing their original aesthetic effect.
The solution is less suitable for mirror surfaces because it could change the brightness due to the effect of hammering.

A distinctive feature of the BicarJet® process is the effectiveness of cleaning without abrasion or alteration of the treated surfaces, made possible thanks to the use of a special type of specially formulated sodium bicarbonate.

It is ideal for cleaning small pieces with low weight.
