The BicarJet® cleaning process allows to clean with the utmost accuracy also the latest generation molds and compounds, such as: CHROMOBUTYL, BROMOBUTYLIC, NBR, HNBR, VITON, FLUOROELASTOMERS.
A distinctive feature of the BicarJet process is the effectiveness of cleaning without abrasion or alteration of the treated surfaces made possible thanks to the use of sodium bicarbonate, whose physical and chemical properties.
How does it work?
After an initial analysis, the phase of gathering requirements and drafting of the functional analysis, we move on to the design and implementation phase. A crucial role is played by the pre-test phase to verify the type of Meltron® sodium bicarbonate and the best performing technology: dry, wet or mixed and the level of automation required.
All of this paying great attention to the features of the production environments in which the machine will be installed.
